^Lot 789a Connecticut Valley Arms Frontier .50 Cal

SN: 89 651528 Blued, case-colored, brass, black powder percussion rifle with a 24" octagon barrel, adjustable rear sight, Hawken style wood stock, brass; ramrod end, thimble, forend tip, escutcheons, trigger and guard and butt plate. Bluing is worn faded to a mottled grey/brown with surface rust spotting. Case colored lock plate still shows nice color. The brass is primarily tarnished to a dull finish with some scratches and spotting. Bore is shiny with lots of good rifling. Trigger works well. Wood has dings and rubs.
