Smith-Corona U.S. Model 1903 bolt action rifle, .30 caliber, serial #4826108. The rifle is in good overall condition with a 24” barrel with a blade front and rear sight removed. The barrel and receiver retain asignificant amount of their military finish with wear at the muzzle. The barrel is Smith-Corona marked and dated 10-43 with the flaming bomb emblem. The receiver has been drilled and tapped with Weaver styletwo-piece bases installed. The smooth wood stock shows moderate wear and has a “P” cartouche behind the trigger guard. The stock includes sling swivels, leather military style sling and ends with acheckered steel butt plate with trap. The bore is good, the action is crisp and markings are sharp. (C+R) Est.: $300-$600
