Vintage bolt action sporting rifle chambered in .30-06 Springfield, circa 1963. Considered by many to be the finest bolt action rifle ever produced in the United States. Features a blued finish, 24" barrel, ramped & hooded front sight, flip up adjustable rear sight, drilled & tapped receiver, safety switch on bolt, serrated trigger, integral box magazine with hinged floorplate, sling swivels and hand checkered walnut stock with black hard rubber buttplate. Rifle exhibits approximately 98% of it's original finish showing very little use with and a few freckles of light surface rust emerging on the outside of the trigger guard.
