Colt Officer's Model 3rd Issue Heavy Barrel Double Action Revolver, #625198, .38 Spec.. cal. 6-shot, 6'' barrel, blue finish, checkered walnut grips, diamond checkered rear grip strap, adjustable red insert front sight, windage adjustable rear sight, with two-line barrel address and 1926 patent date. Left side of barrel marked ''(Maltese Cross)/Officer's Model 38/(Maltese Cross)'' over ''(Maltese Cross) Heavy Barrel (Maltese Cross)''. Mfg'd 1938. Condition is excellent retaining approx. 99% original blue to all components. Walnut grips are in near perfect condition. Action is tight with excellent lock up and timing. Pistol shows little if any use and it would be hard to upgrade this pistol. Est.: $1,000-$1,500. (C&R)
