English Flintlock Musket, #E777, .75 cal., 41'' barrel, three brass bands, doglock safety to unmarked lockplate, brass furniture, cheek cove English walnut stock, with ''(crown)/V'' and ''(crown)/CP'' proofmarks at breech. Condition is fine showing toning to barrel. Bands have possibly been cleaned and lacquered. Brass buttplate tang with matching serial number and regimental marking. Good action and bore.
