Marlin Model 336SC (Sporting Carbine) Lever Action Rifle, #K2320, .35 Rem. cal., 20'' round barrel, 2/3s length mag tube, smooth pistol-grip walnut stock and forend, checkered black plastic Marlin buttplate, with silver bead front sight and receiver mounted Redfield adjustable sight; original barrel mounted rear sight has been filled with dovetailed wedge. Condition is very good retaining approx. 95%-96% blue with thinning to receiver and wear to high edges. Stock with additional coat of varnish; existing hole in stock which appears to be from missing sling swivel stud. Action is crisp, bore is bright with well-defined rifling. Est.: $400-$600. (Modern)
