Reconditioned Russian military bolt action service rifle chambered in 7.62x54R, circa 1944. Features a blued finish, Izhevsk marked 20" barrel, hooded post front sight, graduated rear sight to 1,000 meters, two barrel bands, 5 round fixed magazine, straight bolt handle, smooth wood handguard and straight grip shoulder stock with metal buttplate. Matching serial numbers on barrel, floorplate, buttplate, receiver & bolt. Import marks on barrel. Rifle retains approximately 80% of it's blued finish showing light scattered surface rust on all metal parts. Action performs well, bore is very good and wood stocks are very good.
