Engraved Italian made single action revolver chambered in .44 Colt, modeled after the 1872 Colt Open Top. This revolver has been finely engraved & inlaid by Jim Downing and appears in his book "The Gun Engraver" . Features a blued & case hardened finish, 4.75" sheriff's length barrel, blade front sight, notched rear sight, non-fluted six shot cylinder with double band inlays, checkered hammer spur, brass triggerguard & backstrap, and one piece smooth walnut grips. Includes the original factory cardboard box with lock & documents. Revolver exhibits very little to no wear. Action is smooth, bore is excellent and wood grip is fine.
