40 ½” x 12” image size only in period frame. Out of the estate of Dean V. Moore, 454 S. Lorraine, Hancock Park, California, whose wife was the granddaughter of Norman Sprague who was a founder of Harvey Mudd College in Claremont. Mr. Moore died in 1997 and his heirs are the current consignors. They believe this painting was purchased by Moore for his collection before WWII. The condition is as found with small flecks of paint loss and minor normal aging. No signs of cleaning or varnish. The signature looks good under black light. Sold as is without guarantee to the artist however we have no disagreements with the signature or long provenance. Est.: $1500-3000
