Percussion Blunderbuss by H. Lechler, Philadelphia, 1 7/8" bore diameter at flared buzzle, 18.75" round to octagonal brass barrel. Barrel engraved H. Lechler Phila, with scrolls and sunburst engraved breech and tang. The lock andhammer are also engraved, and marked H. Lechler Phila. With engraved brass triggerguard with pineapple finial and a cupped brass buttplate with an engraved finial. Brass thumbprint at wrist of walnut stock. The H. Lechler mark on the lockappears to have been crossed out but is still visible. Stock with insignificant nicks and dings. Operates mechanically. Est:$1,000-1,500
