Colt U.S. Artillery Model SAA revolver, .45 caliber, 5.5” barrel, S/N 120118, blue and case hardened finish, wood grips in overall very good condition displaying a dark patina to barrel assembly, cylinder and straps with silver toningto frame; very good bore, crisp action, sharp markings and very good grips with “OWA” inspector’s cartouche on left side of grip. Interestingly, the trigger guard is also Ainsworth inspected and S/N 4921 (Custer range). A niceun-cleaned Artillery Model. (Antique). Est.: $3,000-$6,000.
