Winchester Model 42 pump action shotgun, .410 gauge, serial #120173. The shotgun is in overall fine condition with a 26” round barrel with a silver bead front sight. The barrel and receiver retain nearly all of their original blued finishwith only high point edge wear and small surface mars noted. The barrel is marked “Winchester Proof Steel” and three inch chamber with a modified choke. The smooth wood stocks are in overall very good to nearly fine condition showing smallhandling marks. The butt stock ends with a hard plastic Winchester marked butt plate and a 14” LOP. The bore is very good, the action crisp and the markings are sharp on this desirable Model 42. Est.: $1,400-$2,800.
