Winchester Model 1886 lever action rifle, rare .40-70 caliber, 26” octagon barrel, S/N 103950, blued and case hardened finish, wood stocks in overall very good + condition displaying an even brown patina to barrel assembly with traces ofmuted original blue in protected areas; receiver has gone to a silver tone with some hints in protected areas of original case colors.
