Custom Built Ruger No. 1 Single Shot Rifle, #132-84855, .270 cal., 23-1/2'' octagonal barrel by Friedrich Heym, rust blue finish, custom built checkered cheekpiece Mediterranean walnut stock, with engine-turned breechblock and sling swivel eyelets. Topped with a Zeiss Diavari-C 3-9x36 scope on German mounts. Condition is fine as modified showing light general use and in need of a thorough cleaning. Scope body shows discoloration, which would probably clean. Stock is excellent with only minor impressions. Action is good, bore is bright, scope optics are clear. Est.: $1,800-$2,400.
