WWII Era German Luger, by Mauser, #5540x, 9mm, 4'' barrel, blue finish, factory checkered walnut grips, with one mismatched blue-bodied ''fxo'' magazine, in Imperial holster. Chamber dated 1939, toggle link is coded ''42'', ''(stick eagle)/655'' proof to right side of upper frame. Condition is very good to near fine retaining approx. 80% thinning blue, with most of the losses to left side flat and sideplate; front and backstrap have grayed as well. Grips with mild flattening and moderate oil staining. All visible matching numbers. Action is good, bore is fine. 1918 dated holster is fair, missing lift strap and pocket for combo tool.
