Inscribed S.A. dagger by Carl Eickhorn, Solingen. The crossguard inscribed N.S.K.K. in large block letters. The throat of the scabbard is inscribed “Karl Blessing”. The condition is very good and the inscriptions are of the Nazi period. From the Milford Blair collection a major N.S.K.K. collector for 50 years. Blessing was a banker and financier who may have help fund the Nazi party in early stages but was surely a top banker throughout the war years and during reconstruction era. Est.: $1500-$3000
