Russian Officers silver and gold pillbox with visor cap brought to America by immigrant. The pillbox appears 50 to 75 years old and is of high quality. The visor Is somewhat later probably 1950s to 60s during the Cold War era. The story was the pillbox contained death pills for the officer who worked in East Germany and in case he was captured.
