LAPD marked Winchester Model 97 Riot Shotgun, #754977, 12 ga., 20'' barrel choked Cyl. bore, walnut stock. Mfg'd 1928. Right rear portion of frame marked ''5/L.A.P.D.'' Condition is very good retaining approx. 75% blue. Stock with moderate scuffs, scrapes and dings, and small fracture emanating from upper tang area. Action is crisp, bore is mirror bright.
