No. 1 MK III Bolt Action Rifle, by Enfield (1917), #1652, .303 cal., 25'' barrel, matte blue finish, full-length military stock, with scarce Parker MK VII peep sight (PH5A), diopter eyepiece, and Match blade front sight. Upper handguard has been modified to cover original rear sight area. Condition is near excellent. Metal surfaces retain approx. 90% lightly thinning and toning blue. Receiver ring with stove black paint that has thinned to approx. 80%. Stock with light nicks and mars and additional coat of finish added. Action is crisp, bore is bright. Est.: $500-$750. (C&R)
