Scarce Colt Single Action Army Revolver, #342797, .44 Russ. & S&W Spec. cal., 7-1/2'' barrel, blue and case colored finish, case hardened serrated trigger, and two-piece walnut grips. Mfg'd 1921. Condition is fine to near excellent retaining approx. 87% blue with even thinning to barrel, and light general wear to cylinder with moderate index marking. Backstrap retains approx. 92% blue with thinning at heel. Frame shows approx. 70% muted case colors, somewhat more pronounced to hammer, with thinning in actioning areas.
