^Lot 1509 Mauser 96 Cal: 6.5x55 SN: 237805

Swedish military blued bolt-action rifle with a 29" barrel, a bayonet (with an 8-5/16" blade), scabbard and frog, and a leather sling. Import marked. Made at Carl Gustafs in1909. Bluing is in good shape with some scratches and edge wear. All visible serial numbers on the rifle match. Wood has brass disc and many dings and dents. Bore is shiny with rifling. Action is fine. Scabbard is too short for the blade of the bayonet. Condition is good to very good. *Modern Firearm*
