Lot 971a Enfield Martini-Henry Cal: .303 SN: NVSN
Antique British single-shot slope-breech short-lever carbine with a 21" barrel. Rebuilt at the Turkish "Citadel" arsenal in 1906. Metal finish is grey to bare metal with surface rust, stains and pitting. Wood is refinished with some scrapes and scratches. Bore is frosty with strong rifling. Action is good.
