^Lot 187 Pair of Western Spurs

with engraved metal with brown floral tooled spur straps. Stamped " WESTERN" and hand written Bill Hart on back. The consignor purchased these from a estate in the 80's and from the man who got the spurs from a prop master in the 1950's. William Surrey Hart was a American silent film actor, screen writer, and producer (1864-1946). The provenance can not be authenticated however these are some really neat spurs with a great story.
