Pre-War Winchester Model 70 Bolt Action Target Rifle, #21405, .30-06 cal., 24'' medium-weight barrel, blue finish, smooth walnut pistol-grip target stock, with Whiteline brown leather pad. Mfg'd 1939. Rifle features dovetail scope mounts, dovetail front sight mount, rail for rear peep sight, five-position handstop and sling swivels. Condition is excellent as refinished, with light scuffs and scratches to magazine floorplate. Stock shows only light marks from range use. Action is crisp, bore is fine. Est.: $600-$800. (C&R)
