Smith & Wesson Post-War .38/44 Heavy Duty Double Action Revolver, (Pre-Model 20), #S149702, .38 Spec. cal., 4'' barrel, blue finish, factory checkered diamond walnut grips with S&W medallions. Originally shipped to Arizona Hardware Co., Phoenix, AZ, May 27, 1955, with factory letter. Condition is excellent, appearing near new, with only the lightest flaking to lower portion of sideplate, in original box. Est.: $1,250-$1,750. (C&R)
