Antique English Side-by-Side Shotgun, by R. Jones, Liverpool, #7002, 12 ga., 28'' barrels choked Full/Mod., banknote engraved case hardened bloxlock frame, with straight checkered walnut stock and splinter forend. Top of barrel marked ''Robert Jones & Co., Dale Street, Liverpool''. Condition is very good as partially refinished. Barrels show approx. 85%-90% of a later brown, traces of case colors remain to sides of frame and in protected areas. Stock with light to moderate flattening to checks, with some worming to replacement buttplate. Good action and bores. Est.: $500-$750. (Antique)
