Winchester Limited Edition I Lever Action Rifle, #77L70, .30-30 cal., 20'' barrel, gold-plated satin-finished receiver with triple-relief etched classic Winchester engraving, left side with hounds and grizzly; right side with mountain lion and mule deer; factory checkered select walnut stock. Considered one of the less common and more desirable Winchester commemoratives with just 1500 produced. Condition is excellent, appearing as new and unfired, showing only the lightest marks near hinge portion of lever. In original box with gold embossed brown slipcover, and original packing case, as well as the factory velvet-lined wooden case with brass hardware. Additionally included is the very scarce leatherette booklet that includes the histories of the '94 and the engravings of John Ulrich, with original warranty card and letter from then-Winchester President Phil H.
