^Lot 135 International Harvester M1 Garand

U.S. M1 Garand, by International Harvester, #4566921, .30-06 cal., 24'' barrel marked ''LMR'' dated 1-54, parkerized finish, walnut stock and handguards, with correct International Harvester bolt, trigger housing, hammer and safety. Stock marked ''OR-25543'' in forward trough. Condition is fine as probably arsenal refinished showing some thinning to nomenclature at back of receiver. Receiver beneath stock line with moderate pitting that has been finished over. Trigger assembly area of stock shows some glass bedding. Right side of barrel near muzzle very lightly import marked. ''DoD'' cartouche is visible but faint. Stock shows dings, scuffs, and minor oil darkening commensurate with foreign use. Action is good, bore is bright. Est.: $1,000-$1,500. (C&R)
