1906 2nd Issue Naval Military Luger, #8763a, 9mm, 6'' barrel, blue finish with straw small parts, factory checkered walnut grips, matching numbered nickel-plated magazine with circular cut wooden base. Chamber is blank, toggle link marked DWM, two-position rear sight, ''(double crown)/M'' proofmarks to left side of upper receiver, standard ''Gesichert/Geladen'' marked thumb safety and extractor, backstrap marked beneath grip safety ''W.W./6402'' for ''Wilhelmshaven Dockyard, Weapon No. 6402''. This particular variation is considered quite rare with about 1000 mfg'd. Condition is fine to near excellent retaining approx. 92% original blue with toning and thinning to high edges and some possible touchup. Grips with moderate flattening and oil darkening.
