Factory Assembled Colt U.S. marked 1861 Navy Percussion Revolver, frame serialized #98; triggerguard #20; backstrap #120048; cylinder is unnumbered; .36 cal., 7-1/2'' blue barrel, case hardened frame, brass backstrap and triggerguard, showing signs of original silver plating in protected areas. Condition is very good with traces of blue remaining on protected areas of barrel. Case hardened frame with approx. 75% muted colors. ''K'' cartouched grips fit well with no additional sanding, very light bruising to right panel, and small loss at heel. Action is crisp, bore is mirror bright.
