1952-53 Parkhurst #74 Sugar Jim Henry (PSA 8)
"Sugar" Jim Henry's 2nd card, super high-grade example, low pop (1 of 14, only 3 higher). Graded 8 NM-MT by PSA!
1954-55 Topps #41 Allan Stanley (SGC 8)
Absolutely stunning example of this HOFer's 54 Topps offering. Pack fresh in all respects. Graded 8 NM-MT by SGC. Low pop 1 of 7, only 2 graded higher by SGC.

Gorgeous Red Kelly card, great HOFer, graded a superlative NM-MT 8 by SGC!
1909-11 T206 #329 George McQuillan (Batting) (PSA 1) Rare back!
Here's a rare T206 card featuring George McQuillan, who pitched professionally from 1905 to 1926, including a decade in the majors (won 23 games in 1908, posting a 1.53 ERA). This one has the rare Cycle 460 back, with PSA pop showing this as 1 of 2, with 4 higher. Of the 471 total (all backs) McQuillan batting cards in the PSA database, only 6 have been found with the Cycle 460 backs! Rare indeed!
1911 T205 Gold Border #12 Emil "Henry" Batch (SGC 4.5)
Very nice example of this great gold border card. Batch played 13 seasons or pro ball, including a handful in the majors with Brooklyn. This minor league card boasts one of the more unique designs within the T205 set, leading to it being a bit more of a demand card. This one grades a superb 4.5 VG-EX+ by SGC.
2016 Auston Matthews Young Guns - PSA 9 MINT
Toronto Maple Leafs star forwards young guns rookie card from 2016 Upper Deck series 1. Graded 9 by PSA.
2018 Elias Pettersson Young Guns - SGC 10 GEM MINT
Elias Pettersson Young Guns SGC 10. Very hard to get SGC 10 of this card, currently top 3 in NHL scoring.
1924-25 V145-2 Paterson's #7 Cy Denneny (PSA 1)
This classic pre-war hockey card is from the rare Paterson's V145-2 set. Denneny is one of the early games brightest stars. He played for both Boston and Ottawa, won 5 Stanley Cups, led the league in scoring, and was known as a clutch performer. In fact he led the league in game winning goals 3 times in 11 years, and picked up 4 more in playoff games. Graded 1 PR by PSA, this is 1 of only 17 PSA examples.
1933-34 Hamilton Gum #42 Ebbie Goodfellow (SGC 3.5)
Hall of Famer Goodfellow played both forward and defense, won an MVP, was captain of the Red Wings, and won 3 Stanley Cups. This one, from the 1933 Hamilton Gum set, grades a strong 3.5 VG+ by SGC with plenty of eye appeal for the grade. This is 1 of 2 with only 3 graded higher in the SGC database.
1909-11 T206 #51 Roger Bresnahan (PSA 3)
Great portrait T206 of the HOF catcher, Roger Bresnahan. Bresnahan began his pro career as a pitcher before moving behind the plate. He registered a lifetime .279 batting average, on the high side fort catcher's that plied their trade in the deadball era. He also compiled a 328–432 managerial win–loss record. Bresnahan popularized the use of protective equipment in baseball by introducing shin guards. After retiring as a player, Bresnahan remained active in professional baseball as owner of the minor league Toledo Mud Hens, while also coaching for the Giants and Detroit Tigers. Graded a visually strong 3 VG by PSA, with superb color and perfect registration. It does carry a mk qualifier, that appears to be the result of a small mark in the upper right hand border area. There are higher grade examples that do not look as nice as this one!
1909-11 T206 #324 Harry McIntyre (Brooklyn) (PSA 5)
McIntyre was a deadball era pitcher, playing here for the Brooklyn Superbas (precursor of the Trolley Dodgers, and ultimately, the Dodgers). Sharp looking card with great color, graded 5 EX by PSA. Of the 494 total T206 McIntyre cards (actually spelled McIntire), there are only 55 graded EX, and only 53 better. With this Sweet Caporal 350/25 back, it gets even better, with only 10 of them in the PSA database. Of those 10, only 2 made this EX 5 grade, and only 1 has been graded higher!

1955-56 Parkhurst #31 Babe Pratt OTG (PSA 7)
Gorgeous high-grade Pratt, a tough defenseman who won 2 Stanley Cups, won the Hart Trophy as league MVP, and was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1966. High grade 55s are always tough to find, this one grades 7 NM by PSA!
1955-56 Parkhurst #37 Rocket Richard (SGC Authentic)
This one came back from SGC as "minimum size not met" which is more reflective of a manufacturing issue as opposed to "evidence of trimming", which indicates some after-the-fact attempt at modification. It isn't uncommon for the first 3 or 4 Parkie sets to display this problem. Early sheet cutting was done by hand and there are plenty of authentic, unaltered cards in circulation that don't meet the somewhat arbitrary "minimum" applied today. One of the Rocket's most popular cards and the only one of his base issue cards to refer to him as "Rocket Richard". A great way to add this high demand card to your PC without breaking the bank!
1954-55 Parkhurst #91 Kelly/Lumley Battle (PSA 8)

Super attractive T206, with Josh Devore, who played pro from 1906 to 1924, including a handful of productive seasons with the New York Giants. This one features what T206 collectors typically like, and that's colorful and detailed background imagery, and a tough Polar Bear back. Graded VG-EX 4 by SGC.
1909-11 T206 #473 Gabby Street (PSA 3)
Very nice example of Street's catching variant. Best known as Walter Johnson's catcher, Street enjoyed a solid pro career, taking his first pro at-bat at the age of 20 in 1903, and his last at the ripe old age of 48 in 1931! This one grades a solid 3 VG by PSA!

1953 Topps #154 Dick Groat (SGC 4)
Solid mid-grade 2nd year card of Dick Groat. Groat was a star shortstop that made 8 All-Star teams, won two World Series, and a batting title. He was a two sport star at Duke (baseball and basketball), and even played briefly in the NBA after his rookie baseball season in 1952. This card, from a classic set, grades 4 VG-EX by SGC.
1956 Topps #83 Karl Spooner (PSA 8)
Karl Spooner broke in like few other pitchers in the history of the game. He and another lefty, Sandy Koufax, hit the mound for the Dodgers in 1955. In his MLB debut he threw a complete game shutout, giving up 3 hits, and striking out a record 15 batters. In his next start he struck out 12 in another complete game shutout. His record for 1955 was 18 innings, no runs against, 27 Ks and only 6 walks. Unfortunately this was as good as it would get, as mediocrity and injuries took over. But for a brief time, Spooner was the talk of baseball. This, his 2nd year card, grades a superlative 8 NM-MT by PSA!
1956 Topps #251 New York Yankees (SGC 1.5)

1909-11 T206 #132 Mike Donlin (PSA 2)
Nice T206 card featuring "Turkey" Mike Donlin who had his baseball career interrupted by Vaudeville and Hollywood aspirations. He was a lifetime .333 hitter who went on to decent career on stage and in film. This one, his "batting" version, is graded 2 GD by PSA.
1909-11 T206 #149 Larry Doyle (PSA 3)
Excellent example of Doyle's portrait from the great T206 set. Doyle, teammate of the previously mentioned Mike Donlin, was a productive infielder during the Deadball days. He hit .330 in 1912 and was named league MVP. He also led the NL in hitting (.320) in 1915 and finished with a lifetime .290 average over 1750 big league games. This, his portrait card, has been graded a visually strong VG 3 by PSA.
1910 T212 Obak #190 Pug Bennett (SGC 1.5)
This scarce early tobacco issue features minor league teams from the Pacific Coast League and the Northwest League. It was issued in three series from 1909 through 1911, identified by different backs. This set is very tough in higher grades, and compared to say T206s, they're just flat out rare. Typical PSA pops for T206s are in the hundreds for each, minus some well known and ultra expensive outliers (Wagner, et al). By comparison, T212s show any where from 1-15 per card. This card features Pug Bennett, who played pro ball for 18 seasons, including a 2-season cup of coffee in the majors. The stamped cards, like this one, show up far less. Graded 1.5 FR by SGC.

1955-56 Parkhurst #45 Doug Harvey (SGC 2.5)
Harvey was a revolutionary defenseman who elevated the position long before Bobby Orr came along. He won 7 of the first 9 Norris Trophies awarded, controlled play with possession, and moved the puck up ice like few before or since. This, his popular 55 Parkie card, is off-grade due to a gum and/or wax stain on the back, but the front is strong and the card overall is very presentable. An affordable alternative for your PC. Graded 2.5 GD+ by SGC.
1955-56 Parkhurst #62 Babe Siebert OTG (SGC 6)
Nice higher grade "Oldtime Great" Babe Siebert (misspelled on the card), who died tragically at the age of 35. He had just won the league's MVP award two season earlier, but injuries forced his early retirement. He was then named head coach on the Canadiens but never had the chance to get behind the bench as he died late that summer in a drowning accident. Graded a sharp 6 EX-NM by SGC!

1960-61 Topps #26 Dit Clapper ATG (SGC 7)
In 1960 Topps had little star power to offer in its packs thanks to Parkhurst, so it went with a familiar formula by adding cards of stars from the past. In 1955 Parkhurst only had Toronto and Montreal players so padded their set with an "Oldtime Great" offering. As Topps only had Boston, Chicago and New York in this set and couldn't utilize the many stars in Toronto, Detroit and Montreal, which were exclusive to Parkie, Topps did what they could by including an All-Time Greats subset. Dit Clapper is among the greatest ever, a true top tier HOFer, graded a gorgeous 7 NM by SGC!
